We do not offer a trial period. If you have any issues or problems with your Unlimited or Metered account you may request a refund according to our Terms of Service.

Taken from Terms of Service (06/10/2012)

" No refunds will be given under any circumstance for block accounts. For Unlimited & Metered accounts, you may cancel your membership within 48 hours, or 2GB whichever comes first from the time your account was created.

No refunds will be considered for accounts cancelled, suspended or terminated for violation of our Terms of Service."
